Are pets allowed?

In most apartments, two small, well-behaved pets are allowed for an additional fee. Pets must be up-to-date on vaccines.

What are the applicant qualifications?

• Applicant must be able to provide photo identification

• Application must be able to provide verification of income (most recent paystub, benefits letter, etc.)

• Household income must exceed three times the rent

• Applicant must have 0 evictions or unpaid judgements

• Applicant must be able to provide first month’s rent and security deposit in the form of a cashier’s check at lease signing

• Applicant must authorize background and credit check

Are utilities included in the rent?

For most apartments, no, utilities are not included in the rent. Please check apartment listing to confirm.

What is the lease duration?

We offer month-to-month leases for all of our apartments.

Are tenants required to obtain renter’s insurance?

Yes, all tenants must have renter’s insurance.
